Meet the Artist Behind Wildpath!
Hi, I'm Stacey, the artist behind Wildpath Woodburning.
I'm an Iowa Artist, mom, and lover of all things outdoors. I went to a fine arts school and received my B.F.A. in Art Management. I found woodburning a few years ago, and what started as a creative outlet quickly became a way for me to turn the places, adventures and little moments that inspire me into something I could share with others.
Nature is where my inspiration lives-from mountain bike trails and Iowa gravel roads to backyard wildlife, wildflowers, and the quiet moments that make you stop and look around.
My hope is that each piece does more than look beautiful. I want it to bring back a feeling, a memory, or a place that means something to you.
Every piece is hand-burned with love, inspired by the wild places and moments that make us feel alive.
I also love up cycling bottle caps into a one of a kind piece that brings so much color into a space but also is a social piece. Each bottle cap is unique in its own way showcasing different caps and becomes a conversation of where that bottle cap came from. Adults and children both interact with my bottle cap artwork and makes for great conversations
